Scarlett Johansson and her French journalist fiancé Romain Dauriac have just welcomed their first child into their lives and they have revealed that the baby is a girl!
While the A-list usually like to keep their babies names under wraps for the few couple of days after the birth, the 29-year-old Avengers actress and her handsome other half have been quick to announce their daughters name, and we think it's an adorable choice.
It has been reported that Scarlett and Romain have named her Rose Dorothy. If that wasn't enough, the name is also very special to Scarlett. The baby’s middle name is actually a homage to Johansson’s grandmother. Totally sweet, right?
Scarlett is said to have given birth in New York City and her publicist, Marcel Pariseau, has revealed that 'Mother and daughter are doing well.'
While she was notoriously tight-lipped over her pregnancy having never formally addressed it, Scar-Jo simply let her baby bump do the talking. In that respect, we're a tad surprised that they've released the intimate details of their daughter's name so soon. Excited - don't get us wrong - but surprised...
Now that their daughter has been born, we can only wonder how long it will be before this adorable couple tie the knot. We're already swooning at the thought of baby Rose as a flower girl...
We're really over the moon for this young family. Major congratulations, guys!
