Alexander McQueen creative director and royal wedding dress designer, Sarah Burton, has had nothing but praise for Princess Catherine and even enthused that the incredible outcome was the result of “a collaboration” between the pair.
Having described Kate and Pippa Middleton as: “Really nice and down to earth,” Sarah went onto explain that the classic lace and ivory satin gown that Kate stunned the Royal Wedding crowds in was: “Made for her and has a lot of her personality in it.”
And for those of us who are dying to see the gown close-up, it's just been announced that the dress will be going on public display.

Although the venue hasn’t been decided yet the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace, Hampton Court Palace and The Victoria & Albert Museum are all said to be under consideration.
Either way it's bound to become a major tourist destination. We’ll certainly be in the queue!
