Rita Ora has given us a tiny hint of what we can expect from her second album, and it sounds like she's only headed for further chart success. The singer, who released her debut album Ora last year, has revealed to The Mirror that she's been working with none other than… Prince.
She says: 'I have met him and I have had the honour of being in the same studio with him. We messed around with some music together and you know, I can't believe he can play so many instruments. All I can say is we've definitely done some music together.'
She also let slip that she may have recorded some tracks with her idol Gwen Stefani, and her current boyfriend Calvin Harris. So what can we expect from her new offering?
She added: 'I love pop music and I'm a pop singer. So it's just pop music with a lot more honesty in it. There are a lot of revealing lyrics in there.'
Rita has made some massively famous friends in her career so far, counting Beyoncé and Jay Z, and Kate Moss as her go-to party pals. The 23-year-old spent last week cosying up to the supermodel Kate on the British Fashion Awards red carpet, giggling away for the cameras, before heading off to support her 60th anniversary Playboy issue at the Playboy club in London.
With Material Girl and DKNY collaborations, a role in Fifty Shades of Grey and now an epic second album on the way, it's going to be a busy 2014 for Miss Ora. Still, if she ever needs someone to take her spot at Beyoncé and Jay's dinner party, we'd be happy to oblige...
