On and off screen, yummy mummy Demi Moore is thanking Bikram yoga for her latest youth injection and the hot body she showcased at the Hollywood premiere of her latest film, The Joneses.

Moore revealed to InStyle.com that her latest role as a fitness fanatical, suburban housewife in The Joneses, has given her exercise inspiration for real life too. Demi has been keeping up with toy boy, Ashton Kutcher in the exercise stakes with a new yoga routine, inspired by some steamy sessions on set practising the Bikram technique.

Temperatures of 105° are used to aid the release of toxins to promote inner and outer health, and had Demi feeling the heat in training for the film: ‘It wasn’t until I filmed a scene in the movie where my character talks about ‘hot’ yoga that I realised why I’ve been doing all that sweating!’

And it seems things didn’t cool down for long while Demi was filming, as she also donned a pair of MBT trainers for the first time, to get in character for some serious power-walking sessions. Demi says she definitely felt the burn, but is now a devotee to the tone-boosting shoes, which she said ‘truly do work!’ – and if we can get a body like Demi then we’re more than willing to feel the heat, especially if Ashton is in tow!
