Rachel Adedeji became the latest star to leave The X Factor after ending up in the bottom two for the third time.
The 17-year-old singer faced a sing-off with Welsh cutie Lloyd Daniels to see who would stay in the competition.
Rachel managed an impressive rendition of Oasis's Stop Crying Your Heart Out compared to Lloyd's version of You Are So Beautiful for their sing-off, however Lloyd was suffering from a sore throat.
After Simon chose to save Lloyd, the decision was handed over to the public vote and after three times in the bottom two Rachel's time was finally up.
Rachel was the first of Dannii's girls to be sent home leaving Stacey Solomon and Lucie Jones.
Simon still has all three of his over-25s left, Olly Murs, Jamie Archer and Daniel Johnson, who, despite being in the bottom two last week and forgetting some of his words, managed a good version of I Don't Want To Miss A Thing by Aerosmith.
Cheryl has Lloyd Daniels and Joe McElderry, and Louis has his remaining act John and Edward still left battling it out to be X Factor champion.
Next week's theme is movie week where the contestants will sing songs from the big screen, surely someone will do the Celine classic My Heart Will Go On?
And former X Factor winner Leona Lewis and the Black Eyed Peas will be performing on stage.
