On St Patrick's Day Kate Middleton and Prince William stepped out together at the St. Patrick's Day ceremony at a barracks in Aldershot for the second year running, and this time there was only one topic on the lips of those who came into contact with the Duchess of Cambridge.
As well as plenty of guards who congratulated her on her baby news, one was brave enough to quiz Kate on her baby's sex.
Guardsman Lee Wheeler asked her: "Do you know if it's a girl or boy?" To which she replied "not yet" before revealing: "I'd like to have a boy and William would like a girl."
The Duchess of Cambridge, who is five months pregnant, stepped out in the same Emilia Wickstead coat for the ceremony which she wore at the 2012 version of the event. Adapting it to accommodate her bump, she styled it with a high-neck dress, corsage hat and suede Emmy heels.
