Kate Middleton’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton are reportedly expanding their business empire by bringing their party planning website, Party Pieces to the US.
The potential move to New York has been prompted by the extraordinary interest from America. The Middleton’s move to the Big Apple will bolster their brand and even tie into other companies and ventures. “The plan is for the business to partner with other U.S. brands, like they did with their One Direction-themed products for parties,” said a source.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s younger sister, Pippa Middleton has been helping her parents find the perfect location, leading to speculation that she could be planning to make a move across the pond. Pippa who edits the company’s newsletter Party Times, was reportedly spotted house hunting in the Big Apple during her trip last year, however she was actually scouting for an office space.
Party Pieces, set up by Carole Middleton in 1987, sells party costumes, gifts and decorations, including a One Direction range featuring party cups, napkins and heart-shaped balloons of the famous five.
Despite expanding her business oversees, Carole Middleton hasn’t let her grandmother duties slide as she has been helping Kate Middleton prepare for motherhood. With only eight weeks to go until the Royal baby is due, Carole has been spotted on numerous shopping trips with the Duchess of Cambridge as she prepares for the arrival of her first grandchild in July.
