Marking their third Best Actress and Actor accolades of the awards season, there's no denying it's Colin Firth and Natalie Portman's year.
Mum-to-be Natalie was crowned for her performance as hauntingly ambitious ballerina Nina Sayers in Black Swan, and yet again made easy work of dressing her burgeoning bump, choosing a white column gown by Azzarro, accessorised with Tiffany jewellery.

As well as honouring Colin Firth for his portrayal of King George VI in the King's Speech, the night also saw the film's entire ensemble receive a nod, as they were honored with the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture award.

The Fighter also won big, with Chritian Bale and Melissa Leo both receiving awards for their supporting roles.

Other winners included Claire Danes for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries for Temple Grandin; You Don't Know Jack star Al Pacino for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries; and the cast of Modern Family for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
