Miranda Kerr struggles to be apart from her one-year-old son, Flynn, for more than a week, says Orlando Bloom.
The British actor star has opened up about the couple’s family life in a new interview with InStyle’s American edition.
Talking about Flynn in the November issue, Orlando says, “I won’t spend more than two or three weeks away from him.”
While he admits that Miranda struggles over half that time, explaining that she ‘doesn’t spend more than a week’ away from her first-born.
“She won’t, she can’t,” he added, while confessing that any more than three weeks away from his family and he’ll “start to twitch and feel really weird.”
Meanwhile the doting dad dished the secrets to creating a successful family life balancing, “She flies somewhere for work, I take care of Flynn. I go off to work, she takes care of Flynn. Or, you know, we’re together, and we just make it work. We’re not conventional in any way, shape or form.
“Flynn is not in school yet, so we’re still pretty loosey-goosey. We’re a bit of a traveling circus.”
The young family is currently calling New York home while Orlando enjoys his role in the Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet.
Meanwhile Miranda made a stop at Paris Fashion Week, and saw the launch of her new AW13 campaign for Mango.
