In this month's issue of InStyle, Miranda Kerr takes us into her world for 48 hours, running us through her workout, diet and modelling antics on the weekend of the Victoria's Secret show.
As well as the details from the show and after-party, she tipped us off about just how she keeps her catwalk-worthy body in touch.

Of how she preps her body the day before the show, she shared: "I'm pretty consistent with my morning exercise regime, but I bring it up a notch closer to the [Victoria's Secret] show, mixing yoga and Pilates with strength and resistance training."
In terms of diet, Miranda reveals that there's no secret formula for a Victoria's Secret body: "There is no Victoria's Secret diet we all follow. However, I am a qualified health coach so I'm mindful about what I put in my body." Though she explains: "I'm not healthy all the time, I do have splurges - it's all about being 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent."
