Matthew McConaughey with his Oscar

Throughout the film, which follows the true story of HIV patient Ron Woodroff who works around the government system to get other patients affected by the disease the medication they need, McConaughey never takes off his beloved cowboy hat. At one point, it's the only thing he's wearing apart from a hospital gown...

The authentic Texan hat is also signed by the man himself. 'Just Keep Living, Matthew McConaughey,' he has written underneath the brim.

The auction is live now, and will close on March 27. Get your bids in now...
