That's not to say the model-cum-acturess-cum-entrepreneur hasn't been busy. Far from it. Earlier this month Lily opened her own shop in south-east London, This Is Not Impossible (a spin off of her social network Impossible.com which allows people to share time, skills and objects), selling ethical fashion, homewares and books. And the star has also been continuing to campaign on matters for climate change.
But last night the 28-year-old left her work at home and headed out with the fash pack to a MaxMara VIP dinner in London, to celebrate the launch of the label's new flagship store. Wearing a grey silk maxi dress and a dusky pink coat, Lily displayed the merest of baby bumps as she made her way into the dinner which was also hosted by Amy Adams and attended by celebs including Alice Eve and model Sam Rollinson.
Lily's boyfriend and father-to-be Kwame Ferreira wasn't present at the dinner – perhaps he was busy at home getting a nursery together? The pair met in 2012, having fallen in love whilst putting together Lily's social networking site.
Announcing her pregnancy at the end of February, Lily wrote in a statement: 'The first known impossible baby is being born! I met Kwame when I was in the process of developing Impossible and he offered the most profound gift, to help build the platform.'
'After working together for a long time Kwame and I fell in love, and I am very happy to share our news that we are expecting our first child together.'
Well, it doesn't get much sweeter than that. Oh how we love a good old fashioned office romance...
