Model Lily Cole looked a vision in black and white on the red carpet in Leicester Square last night for the world premiere of The Imaginarium Of Dr Parnassus.
The actress, who stars at one of the lead characters in the film, turned up wearing a stunning floor-length fringed Chanel gown for the premiere of the late Heath Ledger's last film.
Heath tragically died part-way through filming in January 2008. Three A-list stars, Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law, were then drafted in to play a transformation of Ledger's character Tony, however all three were absent from the screening.
A few famous faces turned out on the red carpet however, including Paloma Faith, who has a cameo in the film, Harry Potter's Bonne Wright, Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page and La Toya Jackson in a tight black lace-up outfit.
The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus, directed by Terry Gilliam, tells the story of a travelling theatre troupe who have made a pact with the devil.
Terry introduced the film last night and said he wanted to finish the project to honour Heath's memory so got Johnny, Colin and Jude on board.
Lily Cole plays the role of Valentina in the film (the daughter Dr Parnassus) and said there was a huge amount of sadness on set after Heath's death. Lily said: ‘It was tough to carry on without him, but it was strangely nice to watch it back.'
The film hits cinemas nationwide on October 16.
