He became a sensation after Titanic, and it seems the hysteria hasn't faded as fans went wild for Leonardo's red carpet appearance at last night's premiere, desperate to get autographs and pictures from the star.
Joined by his stunning co-stars, Juno's Ellen Page and a brightly-clad Marion Cotillard, he looked sharp as ever in a classically cut black suit with side-swept hair.
And it seems it's not just hearts that Leonardo has been stealing of late, as the psychological thriller sees him turn evil, as a thief who steals people's dreams while they're asleep.
