Kristen Stewart debuts her shock new hair to the world at Chanel's Couture Show, Paris

Kristen Stewart is one star who always keeps us on our fashion toes with her off-beat style, but we totally didn't expect her to chop off her long locks. Bold move, K-Stew.

The 24-year-old Twilight star used her entrance to the Chanel Couture Show in Paris this afternoon as the perfect opportunity to debut her edgy shorter style; so new in fact, that she's reported to have said it was cut in just an hour before the show... Talk about an express treatment.

Her attendance at the event comes as no surprise considering she's the face of the Chanel's current Paris-Dallas collection, but her Meg Ryan-esque bob (circa 1994) is a style curveball we definitely didn't see coming.

Karl Lagerfeld, the brands creative director, has supported the star throughout her career, loaning Kristen countless garments for glittering award ceremonies and premieres over the years.

As standard, K-Stew had the pic of the Chanel archives to choose from when it boiled down to her outfit for the day but instead of opting for one of the designers amazing dresses, in her true nonchalant form, she went for something way more relaxed.

Her all-white ensemble was made up of a white crop top and wide, see-through lace trousers that cuffed at the ankle. There were no Converse in sight as she finished off her look with coordinating Christian Louboutin heels. We'd steer clear of the entrees and the red wine if we were you Kristen.

The star took time out to pose for a host of photographs along with fellow FROW-er and 50 Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson, who opted for a black leather  shirt and trousers from Chanel's Western-inspired range. Do feel free to throw any spare clobber our way, Karl...
