The kooky Spiderman star may have been off the radar for a while, but she worked the red carpet like a pro, with a quirky new look to match her evolving career credentials.

Seven short films were shown at the The Between the Lines short film presentation, including Kirsten’s piece, starring Brian Geraghty. The 6-minute short didn't fail to impress the crowds, packing in plenty of twists, as it sees a couple in crisis, while they find their way to a desert motel.

While she may have got used to residing on the other side of the lens of late, Kirsten was still camera-ready as ever when she arrived at the premiere, framing her beaming smile with colour pop red-orange lipstick and sporting a sweet floral smock.

Kirsten’s career as an actor-turned-director is set to blossom further, as her piece will close the Cannes’ Critics Week sidebar on 20 May. And it seems that all the Spidey stars are at it, as a short by former co-star James Franco will also be showing at the event.

Can't wait to check it out!
