Last week, Kate Middleton's busy week culminated in a day out at the Lake District to train with a group of volunteers looking to work with the Scouts. Despite the freezing weather, the Duchess of Cambridge was elegantly prepared for the outdoor occasion, sporting a parka, Scout's neckerchief, Zara Jeans, wellies and a tweed cap.
