Kate Middleton has just managed to get back to her royal duties following the acute morning sickness she's been suffering from since announcing that she is pregnant with her second royal baby with husband Prince William, and boy was it worth the wait.
The stunning mum-to-be looked positively radiant as she made her way with William to the Royal Garden Hotel wearing a striking grey checked coat dress from one of her favourite designers, Alexander McQueen, which she paired with a coordinating hat from acclaimed milliner Jane Taylor.
Her first royal engagement since the announcement has seen Kate - with a doting William by her side - greet Tony Tan Keng Yam and his wife (who they met during their Diamond Jubilee tour to south east Asia in 2012) at the hotel to then escort them by car to Horse Guards Parade in Whitehall for the ceremonial welcome with the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
The 32-year-old Duchess is said to have revealed to the President of Singapore that she has 'been looking forward to getting out of the house' since her condition took hold. We, for one, are glad to see that she is fighting fit once again.
The news that the royal couple were expecting their second child together broke just after their baby son Prince George celebrated his first birthday this year. Although he's still too young to understand exactly what's going on, we can only imagine the delight the young Prince will have when he has a baby brother or sister to play with.
It was only yesterday that Kate confirmed that she is expected to give birth to her second child in April 2015. Until then, we'll be on firm maternity-style watch.
It's good to have you back, Kate.
