Kate Middleton reworked a favourite wedding guest ensemble to see Zara Phillips marry Mike Tindall in Edinburgh

We’ve marveled at Kate Middleton’s canny reworking of wardrobe favourites before and the Duchess of Cambridge did it again to attend Prince William’s cousin, Zara Phillips, and Mike Tindall’s wedding in Edinburgh over the weekend.

KATE MIDDLETON'S ROYAL ENGAGEMENTS

The royal couple headed to Scotland’s capital for a weekend of wedding celebrations, starting with a drinks party aboard the Royal Britannia yacht on Friday evening. Wearing the same vibrant Diane von Furstenberg dress worn in LA during the couple's Royal tour, Kate was all smiles chatting and laughing with the Royal family.

KATE'S STAR STYLE

The very next morning, Kate looked stunning in the summer sunshine, opting for an ivory brocade dress coat by Jane Troughton buttoned-up over a fine lace dress for the nuptials, the same combo worn for the 2006 wedding of Laura Parker Bowles and Harry Lopes. A sweeping hat and Kate’s LK Bennett essentials, nude pumps and a neat clutch, completed the look perfectly.
