Pregnant Kate Middleton pays tribute to Children’s Hospice Week in televised speech
Although relatively new to the world of public speaking, Kate Middleton is taking it all in her stride during her pregnancy and has recorded a film to pay tribute to the Children’s Hospice Week.
Filmed on the day she and Prince William visited the offices of Child Bereavement UK in March, Kate Middleton is the picture of composure in a Topshop Peter Pan-collared dress.
