Kate Middleton has gone into labour, Kensington Palace has confirmed.
The time has finally come. Over a week after her due date, Kate and Will were taken to the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital at 6am this morning.

With the same doctors heading up the medical team who delivered Prince George in 2013, the palace said the labour is progressing as normal.
Whether it's a girl or a boy, the baby is fourth in line to the throne and, if born today, will share its birthday with David Beckham.
