It’s the news we’ve all been waiting for – Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, has gone into labour, meaning the Royal baby is now just hours away from being born.
The Duchess of Cambridge was admitted to hospital in London early this morning and the news quickly spread after Clarence House announced it on their Twitter page saying, “Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted to St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London in the early stages of labour.”
They added, “The Duchess travelled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge.” With reports suggesting that Kate Middleton made the journey about 5.30am this morning, it has also been said that doting husband Prince William drove his wife to the hospital himself.
We’ll bring you the latest Royal baby news as soon as we have it!
