Kate Middleton Gets In On The Retro Fashion Trend Like A Pro

As Kate Middleton rubbed shoulders with the next generation of Olympic hopefuls, we couldn't help but notice her seriously on-point, retro attire...

Kate Middleton is sure putting her new stylist to good use these days. Ever since the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge assumed her royal duties after getting over her acute morning sickness, she has treated us to one on-trend ensemble after another; and her latest get up is certainly no different.

Kate has been out and about today showing her support for budding athletes at a SportsAid workshop in Brentford, West London. Considering she has held the position of the Patron of SportsAid since 2013, it definitely didn't surprise us to see HRH and her perfectly blow-dried mane doing the rounds at the organisation.

She may be pregnant with her second child but Kate has not let that stop her in the fashion stakes. Today, the sartorially savvy lady opted for a rich purple shirt dress which she paired with black suede knee-high boots, nailing this season's retro '70s trend with ease...

As with literally everything Kate chooses to wear, you can guarantee that it won't be on the shelves much longer and we've got the inside scoop on where her chic dress is actually from...

Our pals over at Goat Fashion have let us in on the fact that it IS a dress of their design and it's still available on their website www.goatfashion.com for £450. That is, for now.

Kate's new and very cool look has been credited to her former personal assistant, 27-year-old Natasha Archer, who the Duchess has reportedly hired as her new stylist – and we reckon it's an appointment that's paid off.

Keep up the good work, Kate!
