Kate Middleton paid a visit to Norfolk today to launch a £10 million appeal for East Anglia's Children Hospices (EACH).
The Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the Norwich Showground wearing a simple knee length shift dress by London-based designer Katherine Hooker, which she accessorised with a pair of suede black courts and black clutch.
Wearing her long hair tied back in a pony tail, with a subtle beehive effect to add volume, Kate had something of a Sixties air about her - especially with her signature kohl-rimmed eyes.
The 32-year-old is now four months pregnant with her second child, but is still displaying just the merest hint of a baby bump.
Despite the chilly November weather, crowds gathered in the Norfolk countryside to catch a glimpse of the Duchess as she arrived to greet families, volunteers and supporters before joining members of the community to launch the appeal, and was presented with a bright bouquet of flowers.
Speaking about the charity for which Kate has been a patron since 2012, the Duchess said: 'I greatly admire the dedication, generosity and achievements of the charity’s supporters and volunteers, and look forward to seeing the progress of this campaign.'
Kate was flying solo for today's event, with Prince William busy preparing for an award ceremony for his charity Tusk Tusk this evening.
However the couple will get to spend some quality time together next week, when they are due to fly to New York for a three day stay and will reside in the glamorous Carlyle Hotel for the duration of their stay.
