A huge renovation process is underway on Kate Middleton and Prince William's future family home, costing £1 million so far.
Currently under renovation, the former home of Princess Margaret at Kensington Palace will house the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their baby come Autumn. In the mean time, once the baby is born, Kate is expected to spend six-weeks living with her parents in Berkshire.

So far repairs to the roof of the couple's Kensington Palace Apartment have been completed as well as cosmetic work on the 57-room property costing £600,000.
Kate Middleton has been spotted shopping in Chelsea for antiques of late, as well as for home decor, so no doubt it will be more than fit for the couple's Royal heir when work is complete.
