With their baby due in July, plans for the conversion of Kate Middleton and Prince William's future home on the Sandringham estate are well underway.
Anmer Hall is set to be extended with a garden room, which will be built onto the existing kitchen at the side of the house. A pergola is also set to be added over a patio next to it to give the couple extra privacy. For further seclusion, extra trees will be planted around the house's grounds.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expected to move into the house by 2016, and we're sure it'll make the perfect place to raise their little one.
