Prince William and Kate Middleton have asked Prince William’s former Royal nanny, Jessie Webb, to come out of retirement to care for their new baby Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge.

Jessie was William’s main nanny at the age of seven before he went to prep school, and is now retired. She has remained a fixture in Royal life and was a guest at Prince William’s 21st birthday party in 2003, and joined the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at the Royal wedding in 2011, making her perfectly placed to look after the new Royal tot.

Kate is currently staying at her parents’ house in Bucklebury in Berkshire with baby George, while William has returned to work as an RAF search and rescue pilot after two weeks paternity leave.
