Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy have called off their engagement, according to reports.
The couple, who have been together for four years and have one child together, have allegedly been apart for some time, despite appearing on the red carpet together as recently as a month ago.
Confirming the news, a representative for Matt Bellamy told People magazine that 'Kate and Matt have been separated for some time now,' adding 'despite this, they remain very close friends and committed co-parents.'
Kate and Matt welcomed their son Bingham Bellamy in July 2011, three months after they announced their engagement.
Last month Kate spent Thanksgiving with her family, including mum Goldie Hawn as well as, er, Cara Delevingne. As you do. While we didn't see any pictures of Bellamy in the string of photos and videos that went up on Instagram, Kate told E! that the singer would be very much involved in the festivities.
'It's about 20-plus of us all together,' the actress told E! News while supporting The Hawn Foundation. Referring to British-born Bellamy, Kate joked 'They have another kind of football. But he's up for anything.'
So while there the wedding bells may have been silenced for the time being, it sounds like these two are still very much on good terms…
