Oh Jennifer Lawrence, how much do we love thee...we can't even count the ways and after her latest kickass comments about friend Taylor Swift, we're even more besotted.
It's a love-in alright. The actress joins a line-up of celeb 'Swifties' who are lining up to include themselves in Taylor's gang: from Girls comedian Lena Dunham, to models Lily Aldridge, Hailee Steinfeld and Gigi Hadid. But you know what? We're equally stuck on Jennifer, too.
It was all happening at San Diego's Comic Con festival over the weekend when J-Law took centre stage, promoting not one but two films ( The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 and X-Men: Apocalypse). Stealing the show in two sensational outfits - a super-tight, thigh split bodycon and (our particular fave) a long-sleeved, slinky white Prabal Gurung jumpsuit - the Hunger Games actress couldn't wait to sing the praises of one special friend in particular.
Responding to an interviewer who congratulated Lawrence on her landmark gender pay-gap win, the actress was on fine form. Jennifer Lawrence recently became one of the first female Hollywood stars to bridge the gender pay-gap, successfully bagging double male co-star Chris Pratt's salary for upcoming film Passengers.
In usual J-Law style, the 24-year-old actress used this moment as an opportunity to speak out in support of another recent female-victory.
'Taylor Swift is a badass,” Lawrence declared to Extra on the red carpet, before referencing her recent win against Apple Music and their payment policy. 'That letter she wrote about Apple… I texted her and was like, ‘You is a badass bitch.’ She’s awesome.' She added: 'She's a lot more well-spoken than me.'
Oh Jennifer, we like the way you talk just fine and think you're kinda awesome too.
