Jennifer Aniston Opens Up On Brad Pitt Divorce And How She *Really* Feels About It

They may have parted ways a decade ago but Jennifer Aniston is STILL being quizzed over her divorce from Brad Pitt. Now, she's told it like it REALLY is...

Whether you care to admit it or not, most of us still hold a candle for the 'golden couple' of the early noughties. Yep; we're talking Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt and although we've come to terms with the fact that they decided to part ways a decade ago, we're still just as infatuated with what went down today as we were when it all unfolded back in 2005.

So, you've got to hand it to Jen for still managing to keep her composure and air of cool after being asked YET AGAIN how she feels about her divorce from the 50-year-old Fury star. Needless to say, she's not sobbing into a tub of Ben & Jerry's over it...

Speaking to American chat show CBS, the 45-year-old actress revealed: 'I don’t find it painful. I think it’s a narrative that follows you because it’s an interesting headline. It’s more of a media-driven topic.'

Then, when asked if she and Brad are still in touch, Jen kind of stunned us with her answer...

'We’ve exchanged good wishes and all that sort of stuff to each other, but it’s not a constant thing.'

Considering the fact that the pair haven't had a red carpet run in since their split, we always assumed that there was some underlying tension between them which warranted their avoidance of one another at glittering awards ceremonies and such like. Though, clearly, they've managed to put some things behind them in private.

However, it looks like Jennifer could be about to have her biggest awards season yet. After being nominated for the Best Actress gong at the 2015's Golden Globe Awards (we'll find out if she's won on Sunday when the ceremony takes place) for her latest role in the highly acclaimed indie film, Cake and a likely Oscar nomination to follow, this may just be the year that we see the two rub shoulders for the first time in a decade, along with their respective partners Angelina Jolie and Justin Theroux.

Regardless, we're over the moon to see 'Team Aniston' doing so well. Sorry — old habits die hard...
