Jennifer Aniston is going to bring her healthy eating regime and nutritional efforts to the masses in the form of her self-penned cookbook. P R E A C H

Jennifer Aniston is a woman of many, many talents. An actress, yes, but she is also heralded with creating one of the most iconic hairstyles of all time and has loaned her star status to promote countless charities and causes over the years. In short, we kind of want to be her — and the latest news surrounding the 46-year-old will *almost* let us live out our fantasy.

In an interview with Yahoo Beauty, Jen — who is known for her obsession super-healthy eating and intense workouts — revealed that she is bringing her eat well mantra to the masses with her very own cookbook. And yes, we'll be queueing up to buy them. 

While the deets are still few and far between, Jennifer did say that she is currently 'working on' it and has hinted that it'll focus on healthy meals and do-good snacks. Better stock up on the quinoa and invest in a spiralizer, stat!

When asked about her inspiration behind her new business move, Jen said: 'I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting. I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious.' A strong skill to have, no?

A strong believer in her own cooking skills, Jennifer added: 'I'm a good alchemist. I can mix things together that are all very healthy, but you don't feel like you're depriving yourself in any way.'

And, if that wasn't enough, you may even be able to recreate Jen's tipple of choice which — you guessed it, is a healthy version of a classic. Aniston revealed that she loves a margarita made from Don Julio 1942, lime juice, and 'a squinch of Cointreau.' Now that's a Monday pick-me-up if we've ever had one...

So, what can we expect from Jen's efforts? When she took over the Instagram account of hair-care company Living Proof for a day last month, she showed off her delicious breakfast and lunch efforts:

We could get used to meals like this... 

Obviously Jennifer isn't the only A-lister to explore the lifestyle genre; the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Blake Lively and Jessica Alba have all done the same, with each woman offering their own unique stance on living a fit life.

We can't wait to get our hands on some Jennifer Aniston-approved recipes, mainly because they'll give us her killer bod, too. Sure.
