Thought you knew all there was to know about Jason Bell’s christening shoot with the royal family? Think again.
It looks like the Queen made a few special requests to the esteemed photographer, after Kate Middleton and Prince William handpicked him to photograph Prince George’s big day.
The official portraits will, of course, go down in history as four generations of monarchs were pictured for the first time for more than a century. But there's more to come...
The Duchess of Cambridge’s stunning Alexander McQueen ensemble was captured in a series of portraits, with five photos being released after the ceremony.
While new reports claim that Her Majesty requested additional pictures with Prince George, which she plans to publish on this year’s Christmas card.
As many anticipated, Bell did photograph the Queen holding her great grandson, but the photo has been kept under the tightest of security since the shoot.
Now, as she tops up the 45,000 cards she’s sent during her reign so far, the Queen is expected to print the family snap along with her festive greetings this December. The same picture may also appear on the card sent out by Kate and Wills.
The countdown to Christmas just got a whole lot more intense.
