Kate Middleton has been under self-inflicted house arrest for weeks after suffering from a case of severe morning sickness following the announcement that she's expecting her second royal baby in April 2015. But, as with buses, we've waited what seems like forever to catch sight of the Duchess and then, in a single day, she treats us to TWO outings. Oh, Kate; what are you like?
In her first appearance her pregnancy news was confirmed, the 32-year-old beauty gave us a peak at her blossoming baby bump in a chic grey coat dress. Pretty standard attire for the stylish royal.
However, for her second appearance, she treated us to an ensemble way more eye-catching...
Attending the Wildlife Photographer of The Year Awards at London's Natural History Museum solo last night, Kate wowed the crowd in a very daring dress.
She turned to one of her favourite luxury designers, Jenny Packham, who created a bespoke mint-hued, full length gown especially for the event. Complete with a short underskirt to the front that fell on the mid-thigh - showing off her perfectly toned pins - this has to be one of Kate's most daring looks to date.
Other features of the head-turning dress included chic 3/4 length sleeves, a low v-neckline and a cleverly-positioned drape that lay across her growing bump.
Kate's shoe choice was also somewhat out-of-character, with her choosing a pair of nude strap heels adorned with an oversized bow fixed to the ankle to complement her frock. Well, if you're going to show off your legs for all to see, you're shoes have got to be good...
Well, it looks like Kate has definitely found her maternity-style stride. We, for one, can't wait to see what she'll pull out of the garment bag next.
The royal maternity watch continues...
