George Clooney, as we're probably all aware by now, is finally off the market.
The 53-year-old actor reportedly proposed to his girlfriend, human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin, in California back in April with a diamond sparkler worth a whopping £415,000.
And it looks like the Oscar-winner won't be scrimping on the big day either, if reports are to be believed that the couple have their collective eye on the now iconic country estate from Downton Abbey for the setting of their nuptials.
George allegedly secured a viewing of Highclere Castle thanks to his fellow The Monuments Men co-star, friend, and Downton actor, Hugh Boneville.
So why Highclere? Amal, who is said to be a fan of the hit show, works in London which is nearby to the Castle. Plus, the location would no doubt offer some privacy for what promises to be a wedding to rival Kimye's.
Although whether or not George and Amal will get matching 'Just Married' leather jackets like Kim and Kanye's remains to be seen.
