With the arrival of the royal baby just around the corner how are Kate Middleton and Prince William preparing themselves for the birth of the third heir to the throne?
It has not necessarily been the easiest of pregnancies for the Duchess of Cambridge, who was initially diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum (an extreme form of morning sickness) during the early stages of her pregnancy.
Since then the Duchess has gone from strength to strength and has been seen out and about on more than several occasions greeting guests at public appearances and looking happy and relaxed with a healthy pregnancy glow.
This could well be down to the fact that she is enjoying pregnancy prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga is widely used as a gentle way to keep fit and healthy during all three trimesters of the pregnancy stages and would suit Kate perfectly as she is a keen fitness fan.
Kate Middleton could also turn to hypnobirthing to ensure a relaxed and controlled atmosphere during the birth.
Regardless of how Kate chooses to go forward with the last few weeks of her pregnancy one thing is for sure; that Prince William will be by her side when she gives birth at the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. Wills is also planning to take a break from his job as a search and rescue pilot to enjoy his two weeks paternity leave.
