Here's How We'd Dress The Nominees On Oscar Night

Congratulations to all you fabulous ladies. Now the hard part... what to wear on the big night. Here's what InStyle's Fashion Director, Arabella Greenhill would dress them in.

Yes yes yes we are all very excited for you. Congratulations to all you leading and supporting actresses on your Oscar Nominations. We are very happy for you blah blah blah.

But... what we really want to know is what you're going to wear on the red carpet come Oscar night.

If you A-listers need a bit of inspirtation then here are my thoughts. Take from it what you will (but you know I'm right).

Felicity Jones - This Monique L'Huillier pink dress would really suit Felicity's colouring.

Julianne Moore - Julianne would be perfect in this shimmery dress from Antonio Berardi.

Marion Cotillard - Marion always rocks it in Dior, and this look from the designer's SS15 collection would be perfect on her.

Reese Witherspoon - Reese can't go wrong with her go to strapless dress style, so this fabulous tangerine number from Ralph Lauren would be an absolute winner.

Rosamund Pike - Valentino would be a good option for Rosamund Pike just after having a baby. Ethereal, romantic and just enough flesh on show.

Meryl Streep - Meryl is an Oscar veteran and knows how to look fabulous on the red carpet. Elie Saab would be a good choice this time around.

Laura Dern - Laura likes a softer look but with more textures, which would make this Luisa Beccaria the perfect choice.

Emma Stone - This Emilia Wickstead dress has a modern freshness that is perfect for Emma and would look amazing with her hair colour and pale skin.

Keira Knightly - The fluidity and soft colour of this Giorgio Armani dress would work well with Keira's growing baby bump.

Patricia Arquette - The minimalim and monochrome of Lanvin is perfect for Patricia.
