Kate is said to be supplementing her exercise regime, including long walks with Prince William and dog Lupo, by taking lessons from a yoga instructor.

The benefits of prenatal yoga include increased strength to help with carrying a baby, reduction of back pain caused by your baby bump, as well an increased sense of calm - so it seems a wise move on Kate's part to choose it as her preferred pregnancy workout.
