Gisele Bundchen Lands A World Cup Role

Gisele Bundchen Lands A World Cup Role

The Brazilian model has reportedly been asked to present this year's trophy

As one of Brazil's most famous (not to mention beautiful) exports, it would make sense that Gisele Bundchen should have at least a small role in this year's World Cup.

While she may not be seeking glory on the pitch, the model may well get a piece of the action yet, as it's been reported that Gisele will present the winning team with the FIFA trophy.

And seeing as the cup will be coming encased in its very own mini Louis Vuitton trunk – this is the second time the luxury brand has collaborated with the competition – it seems fitting that one of the world's most iconic supermodels should present it.

The official closing ceremony will take place on July 13 at the Maracana Mario Filho Stadium in Rio de Janeiro. The only question is, which team will be there to receive the trophy from Gisele's fair hands?
