X Factor judges Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland, Tulisa and Louis had some big decisions to make at judges houses ahead of the first live final next weekend and with Frankie chosen among the Boys, Janet in the Girls category and crowd favourite 2 Shoes going through for the groups, it looks like this year’s X Factor is going to be a good one.
Living it up in sunny LA, Gary Barlow had Robbie Williams to aid him in his decision of which boys to take to the live shows and rock-and-roller Frankie Cocozza was joined by ‘secret weapon’ Craig Colton, James Michaels and the soulful Marcus Collins in their final line-up.
Meanwhile in Miami the Girls were star-struck by Kelly’s friend Jennifer Hudson who helped the Destiny’s Child super star cut eight girls down to four, picking daddy’s girl Amelia Lily, Sophie Habibis, Misha Bryan and shy beauty Janet Devlin.
Louis was loving his sunny retreat in Barcelona but had the hard task of choosing four from his Overs group to gothrough to the next stage of the competition and Johnny Robinson, Kitty Brucknell and soldier Jonjo Kerr were thrilled to hear they’d made the cut. Goldie made the surprise decision to quit the competition, having been chosen for the live shows, so the brilliant Sami Brookes was chosen to replace her.
And in a last-minute twist Tulisa split two groups up to make one super group, The Risk, who will join Essex duo 2 Shoes, Nu Vibe and Rhythmix in the Groups category at the X Factor finals next weekend!
