The best acts in rock and dance were crowned at the NME Awards 2013, from The Killers to The Maccabees, as well as a few surprise stars - Barack Obama picked up Hero of the Year, while Harry Styles was dubbed Best Villain - and Florence Welch was the night's biggest winner, picking up two awards.
The Brit singer was crowned Best Solo Artist and won the Best Dancefloor Anthem accolade for her track with Calvin Harris, Sweet Nothing.
To collect her gongs, Florence was on stunning form in a dazzling Christopher Kane Pre-Fall 2013 electric blue tulle and floral velvet dress, accessorised with chunky rings and chandelier earrings. Letting her dress take the limelight, she kept her hair and make-up simple.
A winning night all round for Ms Welch, we'd say.
