Fearne Cotton's been researching wedding dresses ahead of her impending nuptials, which is a normal activity for any bride, accept for the fact Fearne's been looking for, er, five years.
The Radio 1 presenter got engaged at the end of last year, but the mother-of-one has clearly had only one thing on her mind for a long time before her boyfriend Jesse Wood got down on one knee.
Speaking to the Metro, Fearne said: 'Obviously I’ve been Googling wedding dresses for, like, five years anyway because I love them.'
But all that research is bound to be put to good use, given that Fearne wants to design her own gown for the big day.
‘I’d design my own, I’ll be influenced by things I see and then design something nice I think. That’s obviously something that’s really fun to plan,' she said.
Fearne broke the news of her engagement to her legion of fans and celebrity friends via Twitter. But although she was happy to share her happy news with the world, Fearne wants her wedding to be a very private affair.
'Whatever we do, it will be just simple and not too professional, just something that feels right and just for the people that we really love and we want to be there. I just want it to be a nice family friendly environment.'
It sounds ideal to us. We just hope we get to have a little glimpse of that dress...
