Awards season is now officially underway, as the People's Choice Awards 2013 kicked off the coming weeks of gongs and gowns. There was a starry line-up of female winners, from Emma Watson to Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lawrence and Jennifer Aniston, and known for its younger feel, the event saw the ladies put on a seriously fun and flirty fashion parade.
The Hunger Games scored five awards, with Jennifer Lawrence winning Favorite Movie Actress. The brunette was seriously sparkling for the occasion, donning a sequin LBD with batwing sleeves, and crystal-studded heels.

Jennifer Aniston was dubbed Favorite Comedic Movie Actress and also got in on the LBD action in a tiered leather Christian Dior number, paired with strappy sandals.

Emma Watson was named Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress and also worked a mini, championing Brit designer Peter Pilotto in a cut-out detail dress with bright printed skirt.
Bucking the trend for minis, Taylor Swift went full-length and fabulous to claim her Favourite Country Artist prize, working a white-hot plunging gown by Ralph Lauren.
Worthy winners, we'd say.
