David Beckham Goes Back To His London Roots For Only Fools And Horses

The former footballer still managed to look his dapper self on the set of the legendary show...

The first pictures of David Beckham's cameo in a new Only Fools and Horses sketch created for Sports Relief have been released – and we're impressed at how good Becks looks.

Somehow, David Beckham has made the Only Fools set look incredibly stylish. Dressed in a classic black pea coat, designer specs and baseball cap, the former footballer is hands down the best-dressed person to ever be in the show. We sense a certain Mrs Beckham might have had a hand in this.

Meanwhile David Jason as Del Boy, and Nicholas Lyndhurst as Rodney, didn't fare so well in the wardrobe department. But if Del Boy wasn't wearing his trademark flat cap and leather bomber, we'd be disappointed. This is the first time in a decade that the Trotters will have graced our screens, and we're pleased to see they haven't discarded their signature style.

Although David Beckham was nervous about going on camera next to two seasoned actors, his acting has been described as 'very good' by the scriptwriter.

'The thought of being on set with Nicholas and David was obviously very nerve-racking,' Beckham said. 'I've never done anything like this before. It wasn't just about learning the script, it was about delivering it: saying the right things at the right time.'

The Sport Relief sketch will be aired on March 21. This is one episode of Only Fools we won't be missing...
