Charitable celebs Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock flew to New Orleans this weekend to mark the city's continuing recovery five years on from Hurricane Katrina

Despite boasting growing broods and unrivalled acting credentials, it seems Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock still find time to do their bit for charity.

With 29 August marking half a decade since Hurrican Katrina hit New Orleans, the pair jetted over to check up on their respective recovery projects.

With his shaggy beard back in place, Brad made a TV appearance on HBO to talk about his eco-housing project, Make It Right. After seeing its success, he said he is 'hoping to raise more money to expand this idea across other cities in the US.
