Blake Lively's Wedding Dress Was Worth The Three-Year Wait...

It’s taken three years but, at long last, we’ve FINALLY been given a peek at Blake Lively’s wedding dress! And it’s as beautiful as you’d expect…

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds tied the knot in December 2012 in a top secret and very intimate service in front of 35 guests, and although we knew that we probably weren’t going to see these two front a tabloid 10-page photo spread any time soon, we kind of thought that, after the dust settled, Blake would treat us to (at the very least) a picture of her stunning wedding dress.

That didn’t happen. Three years have since gone by and we still can’t believe we haven’t seen a proper snap of her Marchesa dress. That was, until now…

Although this is the first time we've seen this pic, this is apparently the second time the mag has featured the shot. Yep, we have no idea how we missed that first time round, either...

While the picture of Blake and Ryan holding hands on their wedding day may be a crop, the accompanying article gives us a better insight into how the full dress actually looked. It reads: ‘Blake's cloudlike silk tulle gown featured a fitted bodice, illusion crystal beading on the shoulders, and rose-gold embroidery.’ Sounds perfect, doesn’t it?

As well as giving us a glimpse of her wedding dress, the article goes on to reveal other significant aspects of her big day, including her stunning, rustic bouquet of pink jasmine, dusty miller, and hydrangea, as well as she and Ryan’s rather epic dessert table (mouth waters).

In the centre of the table was a striking, four tier wedding cake, which was adorned with real flowers and gold-dipped petals. We don’t know about you, but it almost looks too good to eat. We said, ALMOST, k?
