Blake Lively may love being a new mum but for even the most smitten of new mothers the sleepless nights and huge changes to your way of life can take their toll, most notably in the form of stress.
However, the 27-year-old starlet has found something that really helps her to maintain her cool when things get that little bit too much to bare or for when she needs a bit of time to herself. Although, it's something we NEVER expected her to try.
Speaking to O Magazine, Blake went on to share the secret to her low stress-levels saying that: 'Creating something I can use is the best stress reliever. I'll knit or cook — or work on a motorcycle, a skill my husband [Ryan Reynolds] is teaching me.'
No, you read that right; Blake's turned to the art of motor-mechanics to keep her stress at bay by doing up old, vintage motorbikes which 38-year-old Ryan just so happens to be a collector of. What a hobby!
While we very much doubt we'll see Blake tarnished with petrol, oil and grease on her own lifestyle website Preserve, her other past times of cooking and knitting appear heavily in the site's digital pages. Ideal if you're looking for your own stress-relieving method, minus the need for a toolbox...
Oh, Blake; you never fail to impress us.
