Beyoncé Debuts Some Seriously Cool Leg Tattoos

Beyoncé has found the easiest (not to mention edgiest) way to update your look this summer, but she’s not the only A-lister to give metallic tattoos a go…

When it comes to kick-starting hot new trends, Beyoncé is definitely your girl. From yesterday’s bra and suit combo to her colour clashing LOTD last week, the 33-year-old songstress is unfazed by even the most out-there of crazes. And her latest get-up is no exception.

Taking to her Instagram last night, Queen Bey shared a rather saucy snap of herself arching her body sassily against a glass window, we were almost to busy gawking at her curves to notice the new additions to be body. Then we clocked them…

Do our eyes deceive us or are those TATTOOS on Bey’s thigh and crotch?!

The metallic toned ‘inkings’ definitely a new addition but, as it turns out, they’re only temporary. Phew…

That’s right — Beyoncé Is the latest A-lister to show metallic foil transfer tattoos some major love in the last few weeks, cementing their status as one of the must-have accessories of the season.

Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley helped set the trend in motion earlier this year when she shared this cool snap of her arms and hands adorned with the on-point tatts that were courtesy of Flash Tattoos, a US label that specialises in metallic, temporary tattoos that last up to a week, making them the perfect addition to any holiday or festival wardrobe.

However, her cult versions will not only set you back shipping costs, but they’re also pretty pricey on their own anyway. Fret not though as River Island has got in on the transfer action too for a fraction of the cost. Oh RI, you've always got our backs…

While Rosie opted to adorn her arms and Beyoncé her legs, the transfers look just as cool on the neck, around your ankle or even as a stick-on belly chain. The perfect add-on to your beaded bikini, no?

Every beach babe worth her salt is going to be covered in these top-to-toe, so you’ll definitely want to make room for a stash in your suitcase…
