The Beckhams Are Worth HOW Much? This Is Eye-Watering…

We know the Beckham family has built themselves quite the empire, but we never expected them to be worth this much. Just wow…

David, Victoria and the rest of the Beckham brood have made a name for themselves as Britain’s very own first family (you know, bar the Windors).

From their respective days as a football ace and a ‘90s pop starlet, both Victoria and David have gone on to create an empire that has eclipsed any other celebrity family – yep, even the Kardashians – and with that, they’ve made a hell of a lot of money along the way.

While we always knew they were raking in the big bucks, never in our wildest dreams did we think the Beckhams would have this much to their iconic name…

Specialists at the London School of Marketing have done their homework on the famous family, and have found that the Beckham brand is now worth a colossal £470 million. That’s almost half a BILLION pounds. Oh my!

To come to this rather staggering conclusion, the researchers looked at the various different business ventures held by the Beckhams, as well as the individual marketing value of David, Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper respectively. Let’s break it down…

Current estimates put the value for Footworks (the company that deals with all of David’s football related revenues) at £150 million, the Beckham name at £70 million and the Beckham Ventures enterprise at £60 million.

These figures, combined with their ‘non-business assets’ of an estimated £190 million, means the family are worth £470 million all in. Good effort, guys…

However, it’s not just Vic and Davey reaping in the cash – their eldest son Brooklyn has fronted several fashion campaigns, and has an ever-growing presence (and thus, influence) on social media, while his younger brother Romeo bagged the Burberry Christmas campaign in 2014.

If that wasn’t enough, the research also indicated that Brand Beckham ticks over nicely on its own accord, generating between £30 to £40 million per year. Not bad pocket money, huh?

Speaking of the jaw-dropping findings, the Chief Marketing Officer at the London School of Marketing, Anton Dominique, said: ‘The Beckham brand has been used to advertise everything from designer clothes, to satellite television and even whisky. What is interesting is that the family name is almost as influential as any individual family member.’

Just think what the Beckhams will be worth once Cruz and Harper are old enough to get in on the lucrative action!

Now, excuse us while we cry into our tinned soup lunch…
