Leonardo DiCaprio at The Revenant premiere

Is it fourth time lucky for Leonardo DiCaprio?

The BAFTAs 2016 are over for another year! Catch up on the full list of nominees and find out the winners here...

Though Bridge Of Spies and Carol led the nominations with nine nominations each, Brooklyn and The Martian with six and The Danish Girl only one behind with five nominations – including a Leading Actor nod for Eddie Redmayne - The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road cleaned up!

And, just as we hoped - Leonardo DiCaprio got his very first British Academy Film Award winning Best Leading Actor in The Revenant (which had eight nominations in total)... What does this mean for the Oscars?

If the awards season so far is anything to go by, it's looking likely Leo and Room star Brie Larson (winner of the Leading Actress BAFTA) will be the winners... BUT, we shall see.

For now, here are the BAFTA winners - in full...
