Cancel all Saturday night plans from now until Christmas: 2015's Strictly Come Dancing, in all its spray-on-sequinned glory, is officially ON.
And because we know simply watching the show isn’t really enough to keep all you diehard Strictly fans up to speed, we’ve asked presenter Anita Rani - one of the show's contestants - to keep an exclusive picture diary for us.
This year's Strictly Come Dancing - the 14th season - promises to be a close competition with a celebrity line-up of dancers that includes former Coronation Street star Georgia May Foot, chef Ainsley Harriott, sports presenter Kirsty Gallacher, The Wanted's Jay McGuinness and reality TV regular Mr Peter Andre.
A few of the veteran dancers are back this year too, including Anton Du Beke (who has become something of a celeb in his own right) and Brendan Cole, who is paired up with Kirsty Gallacher.
As one of the favourites in the new star line-up, Anita is hoping to cha-cha, waltz and tap dance her way to the Strictly final. The Countryfile presenter and journalist has been paired up with newcomer dancer Gleb Savchenko (who also happens to be a model and actor who competed in the 2013 US version of Strictly, Dancing with the Stars).
As a presenter on Countryfile we're more used to seeing Anita in wellies and windbreakers than fringed dresses and fishnets. The Yorkshire-born presenter, who previously fronted Four Rooms and The World’s Busiest Railway with Dan Snow, is ready for the challenge and hopes to go all the way, though she thinks she’ll face stiff competition from her fellow contestants. "They are all amazing this year," Rani told the Radio Times, "I think this year is going to a really tough year for the competition but a sensational year if you're watching Strictly." Her partner Gleb has every confidence that he and Anita can go all the way. “This is it” he said, “season 14, when they get the trophy, there will be a little sign on it: Gleb and Anita."
